Branch facilitates investments by Seafair into values and mission aligned ideas and organizations. These may emerge internally, in dialogue with partners, or through our engagement with the broader technology, health, and start-up community. We don’t lead with a thesis, but rather with an assessment of the opportunity as well as the ability and capacity for our team to operate as a meaningful strategic partner.

Our team also regularly supports the creation of new business units at Seafair Capital, providing a home for early-stage ideas to be tested and supported through MVP development and initial business maturation.

Branch works with a diverse set of partners in support of progressive policies, high calibre programs, modernized procurement, and innovative models of care. We are regularly engaged in these discussions either as a consultant, stakeholder, or key sector informant.
